All Sales Final

Because our products are freshly baked to order and perishable, all cookie sales are final. To maintain our high standards of food safety and quality, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Issues & Damages

If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during transit or receiving the incorrect items—we want to know so we can fix it. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at cozyteam@acozycookie.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it immediately and do our absolute best to make it right.

Customer Responsibility

Please note that we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or credits for:

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping or pickup addresses.

• Packages or local pickup orders that are left unattended after delivery or the scheduled pickup window.
